Shipping Info.
- For contiguous U.S. shipped accounts, the freight cap will only apply to ground shipments by MVP Brands selected carrier. Air shipments, sample orders and customer selected are excluded.
- Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for freight caps, no matter the purchase amount. Colonial Candle suggests shipping via a freight forwarder if customers are planning to ship to these states.
- We use FedEx Ground Services, depending on best rates and service available.
- Due to the nature of the products, some items will be shipped in oversized cartons that may result in higher freight costs.
- Orders requesting a future ship date may ship 7 days prior to the actual requested ship date.
- All Colonial Candle® orders are shipped from Union City, TN and fixture programs are available with qualifying orders, but are subject to shipping charges.
- Any product listed as currently out of stock will be deleted from the order if the value is under $75.00. If you do not accept backorders please specify this in the order notes.
- We currently do not ship outside of the United Stated, however we have various international distributors that you may order through. Please contact our Customer Service to find a distributor in your area.
